From 21 to 23rd of November 2014 was held in Cuenca the international conference entitled “Smartcities and sustainable development” organized by Miguel Angel Moratinos, CIRDS and the city council of Cuenca.
The conference examined the means by which sustainable development policies, new technologies, and contemporary design can be applied to urban settlements, all while reducing pollution, traffic jams, and the increasingly overwhelming waste of energy.
