Last February 19, 2015 I was invited to the Graduate Institute in Geneva, as a panelist at the conference: International Affairs today: Towards order or anarchy?
In this panel also spoke Michael Møller, director of the UN office in Geneva, Frederic Koller, a journalist for Le Temps, Mohammad-Mahmoud Ould Mohamedou, deputy director of the Geneva Centre for Security and Policy (GCSP), and Jussi Hanhimaki, professor of the Graduate Institute. The panel was moderated by Michael Parmly, retired senior official of the State Department of the United States.
As part of this event, I gave an interview to PuntoLatino in which I talked about the situation of Latin America nowadays. The peace process in Colombia, the Venezuelan crisis and the relations between Cuba – United States were among the issues on which we spoke.
